OCS Group in our effort to enhance Trust and Resilience, conducted a one week training of Computer Hacker Forensic Investigator certification course for the National Computer Incident Response Team (CIRT) Sponsored by the Communication Authority of Kenya and AFRALTI.

OCS Group was privileged to attend the annual SecureXPO East Africa 2019 that took place at Visa Oshwal Center on 24th-26th September 2019.The event welcomed hundreds of guests as leading experts took to the stage to impart their industry knowledge and insights.
With topics ranging from emerging threats within the cyber space, to emergency response and safety design, to fire safety regulations and standards, there was plenty to see. A brand-new addition to the event this year was the Protective & Safety Association of Kenya; Prosak Conference.Delegates gained valuable training and advice on how to best manage the security threats pertinent to their businesses.

This Year Lady Captain’s Prize 2019 took place at Vet Lab Golf Sports Club on 26th October 2019.We were privileged to be part of the sponsors for the big event. We had also an opportunity to show case our services in the sponsors tent. The Successful event was organized by Rose Mwarania, the Lady Captain 2019.

The 2nd annual engagement between the National Assembly and the Kenya Private Alliance Sector (KEPSA) kicked off on 18th October, amid calls on the private sector to consolidate efforts towards the war against graft, and to focus on re-engineering their business models to enhance job creation, even as they uphold adherence to the Employment Act. OCS Group was in attendance.

OCS Group hosted an awareness event on the 21st November that focused on fraud in the private sector with the target audience being key stakeholders across all industries.Keynote speakers were Dr. Julius Kipngetich CEO Jubilee holdings, Collins Ojiambo CEO OCS Group.
The international Fraud Awareness Week was established by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) in 2000 as a dedicated time to raise awareness about fraud. The week-long campaign encouraged business leaders and employees to proactively take steps to minimize the impact of fraud by promoting anti-fraud awareness and education.

Lack of proper financial auditing is key reason why fraud is rampant in Kenya
