KRA Taxpayer day 2019
OCS Group attended a taxpayer day event on 5th November 2019 at Safari park hotel.The event was organized by Kenya Revenue Authority.Speaking at Safari Park Hotel in Nairobi where he was presiding over the annual Taxpayers Day, President Uhuru Kenyatta urged KRA officials to conduct their constitutionally backed mandate without fear.
While rewarding the top taxpayers of the financial year 2018/2019, President Kenyatta urged KRA to stretch its mandate to public offices and not just private businesses.

Senate Speaker’s Roundtable 2019
On 8th November 2019 OCS Group was privileged to attend the Senate Speaker’s Round table at the Great Rift Valley Lodge in Naivasha organised by KEPSA. The annual high-level public-private dialogue platform between the business community and the Senate aimed at exploring job creation and doing business in the counties under the theme “Boosting business competitiveness in the Counties for growth and job creation”. The forum was held on the backdrop of a similar event that was held with the National Assembly in Mombasa in October where the delegates deliberated on the role of the legislature and the private sector in boosting Kenya’s competitiveness to enable job creation.
“The Senate Speaker’s Round table provides an opportunity to highlight ongoing and proposed regulatory framework to support trade, investment attraction, and value chain development at the counties, to accelerate legislative interventions aimed at boosting economic competitiveness for growth and job creation,” said KEPSA CEO Ms. Carole Kariuki.
The 2019 KCB Karen Masters Golf Tournament
OCS Group was Privileged to coordinate security operations for KCB Karen Masters 2019.The Golf Tournament took place at the Karen Country Club on June 27th – June 30th 2019 where international and local pros showcased their skills as professional golfers. This year’s event was fully sanctioned by the Sunshine Tour. The KCB Karen Masters has transitioned into a distinctly African tournament designed to promote the game of golf in Africa and to support local players in their quest to become world-beating golfers. Karen Country Club partnered with the Sunshine Tour in South Africa to bring around 100 of their top-ranking players to Karen to compete against 32 of Kenya’s finest, as well as some great players from other African countries.
Magical Kenya Open 2019
OCS Group participated in coordinating security operations for Magical Kenya Open 2019.The golf tournament was founded in Kenya in 1967. In 2019, the Kenya Open became a European Tour event and was played at the Karen Country Club from the 14th to the 17th of March 2019 the week of the 2019 Players Championship on the PGA Tour.The event has been held previously at Muthaiga Golf Club in Nairobi every year except 1968, 2004–2008, 2013–2016 and 2019, when the tournament was held at Karen Country Club. The event was on the European-based Challenge Tour schedule from 1991 to 2018, with the exception of the 1994 event.
OCS Club Nite 2019
On 18th July 2019, OCS Group hosted a club Nite at Karen Country Club. The Purpose for the club Nite was mainly for marketing and creating new partnerships.

OCS Group was privileged to be part of the event that took place at Kyaka Hotel, Machakos on 19th – 20th September 2019.

OCS Group was privileged to be part in dissecting The Kenya Data Protection Bill (2019) and Its Implications On The Use Of Personal information. The event took place at Nairobi Safari Club on July 25th, 2019 keynote speaker being Juliet Maina, advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
